About the poem:

Everybody has the talent deep inside them. Some find them by their skills and someone's talent comes out on a right time. In the simple words, the definition of the talent is that it is like a river which comes out breaking the hard walls of the mountains.

You should practise your talent, whether it is of any kind, because if you nurture it right, it will take you to the great heights, you can't even imagine. So, don't worry about the people or anybody else and start pursuing your talent. Show your talent to the world.

The Talent Poem

I want to write Poetry, as my aim,

Yes, I can write & will have claimed,

Due to this only, I would rise to fame,

The world will get to know my name.

The language of poetry is an art,

Not everybody can easily craft,

I want to rise high, not living in the shaft,

Writing makes me see the open draft.

Writing this, was my hidden talent,

People asked me to write & be gallant.

This was a great challenge,

But I worked & managed.

Right now, my talent is wee,

I want to expand it, like a sea.

Thanks for supporting me,

I will be successful, you will see.

This is a tribute to everyone,

Who gave me support & be lovely one.

Thanks to you, I admire your appreciation,

I won’t make my talent seeps in depreciation.

Give me your best wishes, to write more,

Want to be a bug, which glow.

May my writing show,

Wise, clean, concise & score.

Be beatific & pursue your passion,

Otherwise, it will get ashen.

Passion should be cherished,

Nurture it, without getting it perish.

Let Us Discuss Quick Facts About the Rishikesh Before Reading Our English Poem Blog:

India has lots of beautiful destinations, in which Rishikesh holds the place of a beautiful city. It is situated in Dehradun district of the Uttarakhand. Moreover, with the most scenic beauty, it has got the epithet of Gateway to the Garhwal Himalayas and Yoga Capital of the World.

As a matter of fact, the Rishikesh city is basically surrounded by the area of Tehri Garhwal, Pauri Garhwal, and Haridwar.

About the Trip poem:

In the month of March (the month of daffodils flowers) and the year was 2015 – a group of 12 exuberant people boarded the train. This train journey was from the starting point of New Delhi Railway station at night towards a beautiful place of nature, known as Rishikesh.

This place has a soothing ambience, which has the power to rejuvenate every sense of your body.  Being surrounded by the high mountains, alongside with the fresh waters of the River Ganga flowing. 

There, the poet had an immense jovial time with his family, mainly consisting of brothers and sisters.

Here in this blog, the poet is discussing all of his memories of the journey that occurred during the Rishikesh adventurous trip. The activities where they camped, played, laughed, went for rafting, crazy bus driving and much more, are all captured beautifully in this poem on Rishikesh.

A Trip To The Rishikesh Poem

At last,

The day has arrived, which has opened everyone’s mind,

Everybody wanted to go, with a jolly mood and a positive flow.

The journey to the destination was very long,

And everybody seemed so strong,

It was the first trip with these 12 guys,

We boarded the night train & said, “To Delhi, bye-bye”.

The train coaches were cold as a cube of ice,

Everybody was shivering as mice,

After a few hours train ride, the destination station has arrived,

We assembled ourselves at the station and went outside.

We didn’t have any auto or a car,

We boarded a bus that took us to the Haridwar.

A bus-ride to the Rishikesh was mad,

The ride was full of road cuts and zigzag routes,

It made our health felt very bad.

The Rishikesh is a nature’s breathtaking place,

With the River Ganga is it embellish fame,

Alongside our campsite, we talked, bathed, walked, & ate,

The River rafting won the hearts with the rate of a top mark.

We had lived without electricity for two days,

The life of camping tents was exemplary in many ways.

The nights were cold and the days were hot,

All we required in the rain was a hot Tea Pot.

The time had come for our departure,

We packed our bags and once again became the starters.

The returning train journey to the Delhi was again long,

The enjoyments on the trip are deep in our hearts as a sweet song.

We all had such a great time together,

It can’t be much better,

In the end, we reached our homes & slept,

The tour memories were the only thing we kept.
